Yes, we are alive and well.

Hey friends, sorry I haven't posted, as you can imagine we have landed and hit the ground running all the while jet lagged beyond my expectations. Someone please tell me when this jet lag will end. It is really different this time. The problem is we can NEVER sleep, not even in the day time hours. I am going on three days with just a few hours of sleep. I am sure a crash is in my near future. Anyway, I promise to update you with pictures etc, in the next day or two. Several people have inquired about the video I posted, and it did not come through on the blog. I will try to get that on soon so you can view it. If that doesn't work email me and I will send it to you. Thanks for your prayers and support, each and everyone of you. Breanne is a perfect fit for our family. I cannot express how much our children adore her, and I must say, she is one happy camper. GOD IS GOOD!!!! I will shout it from the roof tops!!!
Blessings,
Tammy

Final Full Day in China

This should be our last post from China, as it will be our last full day here. Tomorrow we fly out at 9:00pm and we are scheduled to arrive in Shreveport on Sat.5th at 7:40(ish) a.m.. Yuck, just the sound of it sounds horrible, we won't even talk about the 5 1/2 layover in L.A. with a toddler...to say the least we are requesting your prayers. Words cannot express the gratefulness we have toward the Father for bringing this little one into our family. I have said to Mike many times during our time here with her, “Just think this almost did not happen, we almost missed this", and he always reminds my, we could not have missed it because it was in "His Plan". Theologically speaking I am not sure how that all works out, but practically speaking, I am sure glad it did work out and all praise be to Him. Mike and I miss our other four children terribly, and cannot wait to be with them again. Baylee, Nathan, Noah and Brooklyn, we love you so much and are bringing you back "full time entertainment", guaranteed to keep you in laughs, she's a trip! To Memomma and Pops, Aunt Deborah and Uncle Keith, Mommy D and The Usie Family, "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, and still Thank you!!" We could not have done this without your help, God bless you for taking good care of our kids so that we could make this journey, not only did we make it, but we made it care free. Knowing our kids were in all of your care allowed us to be worry free! Finally, thank you to my two special friends that made these posting possible,(China has blogger blocked), Misty for week one and Amber for week two. Both are adoptive families that have incredible journeys to share themselves. I will wrap this up with several pictures, for they speak louder than words. These pictures include the infamous "Red Couch" sitting with our travel family, and their little girl Tessa. Also we enjoyed a celebratory meal at the Japanese restaurant last night after we finished up our final step in the adoption process at the Consulate, which went well. Breanne was recognized, with one other little boy, in front of all the adoptive families, because she has a birthday this month. That was a nice suprise and very unexpected. Thank you for following our journey,,,,,It brings me much joy to truly say that we are now "Bringing Breanne Home."
Blessings,
Tammy

A Few More Fun Pics!!

Fun Times with Our Girl in China

We're not really doing much "official" these days, just waiting for our consulate appointment on Wednesday. We have been told to wait in our room this morning to hear from our guide regarding our paper work, and if there is no problem then our consulate appointment should move smoothly on Wednesday. At that time we will participate in an American ceremony and with other adoptive parents take an oath that pertains to being her parents, American citizenship, and the like. Actually it is a special time for all families involved. I thought I would just post a few pictures of some of the fun times we have had while we are in the waiting mode. Hope they bring a smile to your face.
Blessings,
Tammy
